Are you studying a relevant subject and want to gain an insight into what the meetings and events industry entails and has to offer?

The expo is a closed trade expo for meetings and events buyers, but you are welcome to visit the expo for a limited period of time.
PLEASE NOTE - As there are a limited number of places for students, we will review your application for participation and get back to you if we are able to grant you access.

Access during the period:
If your application is accepted, you will have access between
14.00 - 16.30.

IMPORTANT - As the exhibitors at the expo are there to establish new customer relationships, you are not permitted to contact them during your visit to the expo for the purpose of internships, sales, job applications, or similar.

OPTIMEET Expo Site

As the expo approaches, you will receive an email with your personal link to our Expo Site – your access to the platform that contains everything you need to know for a good participation at the OPTIMEET Expo.

On the Expo Site you can, among other things, find your ticket and create your own profile, see the stage program, put together your own daily program, explore the exhibitor list and stand plan, read about activities at the stands, as well as network with other participants and book meetings (requires you to fill out and share your own profile).
