Silent Tours are one of the expo's most popular and engaging experiences - a guided tour where you, as a guest, have the opportunity to experience the expo with peace, focus and immersion.

Equipped with Silent Headphones and accompanied by an inspiring guide, you move with a small group around selected stands. Here you get insight into new ideas, trends and initiatives - and meet the people behind them.

Each tour has its own theme - and takes you on an inspiring journey, where the exhibitors open the doors to their world. Here you get exclusive insight into their companies, inspiration and stories that set thoughts in motion. All in quiet surroundings without noise and disturbances.

Silent Tours are for you who want to experience the expo closer. Join us on a "walk and learn experience" - where you gain insight into things you didn't know were a possibility, or things you didn't know you should know.

How do you participate?

  • To join the tours, please register in advance via the expo's platform, as there are a limited number of places per tour. Registration is possible from early February 2026.

Where does the tour start?

  • All tours start from Silent Events Stand no. 105. Please arrive 5 minutes before the tour starts and be equipped with your own headphones! Each tour takes approx. 45 min.

RE-GENERATIVE

10.00 - 10.45

RE-GENERATIVE starts with the question: What do we give back?

When we borrow a destination, a local community or nature for our meetings and events, it’s not just about experiencing – it’s about contributing.

We start the trip north at Visit Faroe Islands. Here, guests become active co-creators. With the Closed for Maintenance campaign, local volunteers help repair nature, and the experience provides both community and a lasting imprint.

From the quiet landscape of the islands, the tour continues to Comwell Hotels, where a taste of the future awaits. The Silent Tour shows how green nudging and plant-based gastronomy make sustainable choices natural and inviting.

Next, we explore the world of culture at the National Museum. Here, participants become detectives in the Steal an Object from the Museum concept. Through collaboration, relationships and learning are strengthened in a fun and active way.

With teamwork and activities already underway, we continue our journey to KollegaKompagniet, where team building becomes play. Fun, practical exercises strengthen community and communication, leaving behind both laughter and new skills – especially in international teams.

Finally, we land at Destination Nord, where we plant the future. With Destination Ny Skov, meetings are translated into concrete climate action, where trees create real impact.

RE-TECH

11.15 - 12.00

RE-TECH looks at the possibilities of technology for future events.

Technology also gets a voice at Silent Events, where AI-based live translation breaks down language barriers in real time. International guests simply select a language in the headset, and the conference becomes global with one touch.

At Profox, technology and aesthetics merge. Light, graphics and technical solutions are orchestrated so that complex systems appear simple and seamless. The result is visual universes where everything plays together.

At StreamWerk, AI becomes part of the experience, transforming stage presentations into Content Intelligence and valuable data. AI recaps and intelligent insights make it possible to measure the value of what was said on stage.

Eyes are raised to the sky at Moonrise, where drone-based light shows transform the air into a canvas. Pre-programmed formations, light and movement are designed as an integral part of the event’s narrative.

In the wardrobe – one of the event’s most overlooked touchpoints – Keypitt is rethinking a 19th-century process. Digitizing the wardrobe flow creates faster turnaround, less pressure during peak periods and valuable data for planning. Here, Re-Tech is not about more technology, but about better technology where it is felt.

RE-THINK

RE-THINK begins with a question: Why do we do what we do?

Along the way on this tour you will meet Destination Bornholm, where the island became an active participant in the program for the Energy Island Summit 2025. Here, content, surroundings and staging merged into an experience that was not just a moment – ​​but something that is felt and remembered.

The tour continues to Hindsgavl Slot, where the process starts with the ambition rather than the venue. When the theme and direction are in place, a holistic experience is created, where the space really comes to life. Where Hogwarts came to Hindsgavl and the space came alive.

In Odense you will meet DOK5000, where the conference becomes a knowledge festival. Here the classic setup is challenged with the silent conference concept, flexible environments and the inclusion of both the harbor quay, terrace and neighboring building.

At OCC, the conversation starts with the purpose: What should the event create? The customer's ambitions are translated into concrete choices about space, atmosphere and flow through a consistent outside-in approach.

Finally, you visit Pift, where the detail and the sensory layer are sharpened. Here, technical solutions and creative approaches are combined to enhance the story and the experience.

RE-CHARGE

14.30 - 15.15

RE-CHARGE is about regaining energy – both as an individual and as a team.

At Hotel Faaborg Fjord, professionalism and experience naturally merge. A break in the forest gives new energy, followed by informal gatherings in the garden and tasty food, where relationships are strengthened.

At Kragerup Gods, meetings are brought close to nature with walk & talk trails, campfires and sensory breaks. Team activities combine professionalism with well-being and strengthen collaboration, communication and creativity.

The tranquility continues in Knuthenborg Safaripark, where presence creates space for strategic decisions. The landscape, animals and biodiversity invite reflection and increase susceptibility to change.

At Sinatur Hotel & Konference, Skarrildhus, participants alternate between indoor and outdoor spaces, where nature becomes a catalyst for reflection and immersion. Comfortable settings that make it easy to recharge mentally, while conversations and idea development gain depth.

In the middle of the hustle and bustle at QuickSpace, the projection dome creates a calm, immersive space where you can work quietly or simply breathe. Soft visuals, soothing sound and acoustics make it possible to find focus and recharge.

The tour ends with a 2-minute meditation session with Maria Therese Jessen-Petersen from Quietspace in the SENSEscape dome.
