AI – from operational optimization to creative co-designer

Jarle Fink Kondrup
Turism Lead & Partner, Innovation Lab
Moderator: Sofie Randel
Founder & CEO, Rethink Event

Is AI just a digital secretary that can tidy up your participant lists, or is it your new strategic partner in the creative process?

Join us as we focus on how AI agents can elevate your event planning from administrative routine tasks to creative processes and personalized experiences that really captivate.

We tackle the difficult questions: Where is the line between the human touch and algorithmic efficiency? And how do we ensure ethical integrity when machines are involved in designing the framework for our next physical meeting?

In this speak you will get:
  • How AI and AI agents are used as creative collaborators - before, during, and after the event.
  • Specific examples of tools and platforms that already make sense in everyday life.
  • Pitfalls, ethics, and responsibility. What should you consider when AI is a co-creator?
  • Here you have the opportunity to ask your most pressing questions when we put Jarle Kondrup in the hot seat and hear what others think about the use of AI in event and meeting planning.
