Regenerative meetings with a people-centric approach

How can we create meetings that energise rather than drain us?
In this session, meeting experts Bastian Overgaard and Bo Krüger explore how we can rethink the meeting culture so that we leave meetings with more energy, learning and meaning than when we arrived. Based on nature's regenerative principles – where nothing is wasted, everything has rhythm, and balance is maintained – they present six powerful metaphors that makes it easy to remember what creates good meetings.

She has many years of experience as a management consultant with a focus on strategy, regenerative leadership, sustainable transformation and digitalization – and is a sought-after speaker who often appears as an expert in media and podcasts.

With a sharp strategic eye and an inspiring communication skill, Trine provides managers and employees with concrete perspectives on how regenerative leadership can create resilience, innovation and long-term competitiveness in a world characterized by change.

Henrik Lübker

Head of Tourism Development, VisitMiddelfart

Henrik Lübker is a cultural strategist, curator, and design manager with a PhD in literature, culture, and media. He has extensive experience in the cultural world, including as curator and Creative Director for the innovative H.C. Andersen's House in Odense and as director of the trade association Design Denmark, where he also co-authored The Regenerative Design Manifesto.

Today, Henrik is head of tourism development at VisitMiddelfart, where he works to position the area as a leading destination for sustainable and regenerative tourism. Here, he builds on his long-standing interest in how we can rethink our relationship with the outside world – not just as humans who use nature, but as part of a larger ecosystem.

Henrik is active in international networks such as the Design & Posthumanism Network and works from a more-than-human approach. This means that he sees design and cultural development as tools for creating better relationships between people, nature, places, and technology. His focus is on developing experiences and strategies that are not only sustainable but also actively contribute to regenerating and strengthening the contexts we are part of.

Jonas Oddermose

CEO of event and group travel agency, Alive

Jonas also played an active role in developing the Green Event criteria in collaboration with HORESTA and Wonderful Copenhagen, work that helped set the standard for sustainable events in Denmark.

For him and Alive, the next step is about regenerative leadership: how we design experiences that not only minimize our footprint but actively give back more than they take.

With a background in large, complex productions, Jonas works from the philosophy that events are powerful catalysts for behavior. The goal is to create frameworks where participants and the venues where events are held are left in better condition, or at least the same, than when they arrived, which is no easy task.
