Stop "hosting" events. Start designing them.

At this workshop, you will learn the 5 most important design principles behind participant-involving conferences and large meetings, and you will see a few examples of how the principles can be translated into concrete choices in your program.

Finally, you will work with a planning canvas based on the design principles, so you will leave with a first draft of the planning for your next event, which you can build on after the expo.

What you can look forward to:

You will learn about the five principles for participatory meetings.
You will get inspiration for concrete approaches/examples.
You will take home a planning canvas with a first draft of your own event.
