Regenerative encounters with people at the center

How can we create meetings that don't drain – but nourish?
In this session, meeting experts Bastian Overgaard and Bo Krüger explore how we can rethink meeting culture so that we leave meetings with more energy, learning and meaning than when we arrived. Based on nature's regenerative principles – where nothing is wasted, everything has rhythm and balance is maintained – they present six powerful metaphors that make it easy to remember what makes for good meetings.

You will participate in the world's first Metaforum – a short, engaging format that in just 30 minutes shows how professional input, reflection and involvement can merge into a vibrant, nourishing meeting experience.

Here's what you can look forward to:

    • Six metaphors that will transform the way you think about meetings.
    • Insight into why our brains are overloaded with words and noise – and how you can avoid it.
    • Concrete steps to create calm, balance and meaningful interaction.
    • Inspiration for designing meetings that – like nature – leave people with more than they came with.
