    Payment terms

    An invoice for 100% of the stand rental fee will be sent immediately after booking.

    Cancellation conditions
    For cancellations up to and including October 1, 2025, 100% of the stand rental fee will be refunded.
    For cancellations after October 1, 2025, 50% of the stand rental fee will be refunded.
    For cancellations after October 31, 2025, the stand rental fee will not be refunded.

    Built-up stands

    Built-up stands are built with walls of off-white plastic laminate
    (1 meter modules) and an aluminum system.

    Please note that there is NO stand carpet on some of the stand types.

    Café stands are reserved for smaller companies in the meeting and event industry (but not meeting and conference venues), which can use this presentation to create new contacts and a foothold in the industry.

    1 high café table
    1 x power socket 230 V/ 10 amp.
    General hall lighting

    Note:

    The café table stand cannot be shared between multiple companies. Max. 1 person per café table stand and max. 1 roll up.

    Stands with their own structure

    Stands with your own construction are pure m2 where you as the exhibitor are responsible for the construction and layout yourself.

    Please note that there is NO stand carpet on some of the stand types.
