Are you studying an industry-relevant degree and want an insight into what the meeting and event industry entails and offers?

The fair is a closed expo for meeting and event buyers, but you are welcome to visit the fair for a limited time.
Since there are a limited number of places for students, we will review your registration and get back to you if we can allocate you a place.

Access during the time period:

14:00 - 16:30

Note: Since the exhibitors at the expo are there to create new customer relationships, it is not permitted to contact them during your visit to the fair with a view to an internship, job, etc.

OPTIMEET Expo Site

As the expo approaches, you will receive an email with your personal link to our Expo Site – your access to the platform that contains everything you need to know for a good participation at the OPTIMEET Expo.

On the Expo Site you can, among other things, find your ticket and create your own profile, see the stage program, put together your own daily program, explore the exhibitor list and stand plan, read about activities at the stands, as well as network with other participants and book meetings (requires you to fill out and share your own profile).
