Participate in Scandinavia's largest Meeting and Event Fair and experience a day filled with inspiration, networking and new inputs for your upcoming meetings, conferences and events.

 

Participation requires that you work with planning, purchasing or organizing external events.

Are you studying on an industry-relevant education, or are you working as supplier within the industry? Then you have the opportunity to participate in the time slot 14.00-16.30

OPTIMEET Expo Site

As the expo approaches, you will receive an email with your personal link to our Expo Site – your access to the platform that contains everything you need to know for a good participation at the OPTIMEET Expo.

On the Expo Site you can, among other things, find your ticket and create your own profile, see the stage program, put together your own daily program, explore the exhibitor list and stand plan, read about activities at the stands, as well as network with other participants and book meetings (requires you to fill out and share your own profile).
