Register as a guest supplier
For those of you who have a product or service that is targeted at people who are responsible for planning and purchasing meetings, conferences and events.
The expo is a closed expo for meeting and event buyers. If you are a supplier to the industry and are unsure whether the OPTIMEET Expo is right for your company, we offer a limited number of suppliers to visit the expo for a certain period of time.
Since places are limited, we will review your registration and get back to you if we can allocate you a place.
Your participation will be processed with a view to participating as an exhibitor in 2027, and by registering you accept that we may contact you subsequently with a view to exhibiting.
Access during the time period:
14:00 - 16:30
Note: It is NOT permitted to market or sell products/services to exhibitors and other guests at the expo. Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate expulsion.
